The festivities will be preceded by an anniversary opera and sauna on Friday 18.10 and a traditional herring feast on Sunday 20.10.
Registration is open again and will close on Sunday 18.8.2024. Although registration is open until August, there may not be enough seats, so the committee recommends that you get your tickets now. If you feel that you need flexibility in the payment schedule, please contact us and we can agree on a payment date.
Cancellation conditions:
For cancellations made on or before 12.10.2024, 100% of the ticket price will be refunded.
For cancellations received by Wednesday 16.10.2024, 50% of the ticket price will be refunded.
In case of illness or other serious reason cancellation on or after 17.10.2024 50% of the ticket price will be refunded.
Now a proper Kuplero is wondering how to prepare for enrolment. As last time, when you register, you can indicate your preference as to who you want to be seated with. Together with the people you prefer, you can agree on a hashtag for your table in advance, or you can list the people you want to sit at the same table as you.
